There has been a vast evolution in the mobile phone industries over the past few years. For instance, a single core processor running on 1 GHz speed was enough for the smartphone. 4. Motorola Atrix: Motorola Atrix is equipped with Nvidia's Tegra 2 system-on-a-chip with 1 GHz speed similar to LG Optimus 2X, having 1GB RAM, like Galaxy S2 and the qHD display like HTC Sensation. Apart fro this Motorola Atrix is unique as it can be used in its Webtop mode giving a laptop feeling when connected via HDMI cable.
