After the great success of Samsung GALAXY S3 in year 2012, now Samsung is ready to launch successor of GALAXY S3 that is Samsung GALAXY S4 in 2013.
Samsung has revealed the dates for its annual Forum and promised for "major announcements", sparking speculation that it could launch the Samsung Galaxy S4 phone in February in Monaco. Samsung Forum event is taking place in Monaco from 4-6 February, where the sources expected for some “major announcement”. The Samsung executive does not disclose the specification, but the Samsung executive confirms the name. An HD display and a 13MP camera are widely expected, as are wireless charging and mobile payment options. There have been a number of rumors that Samsung is going to bring a flexible screen to the Galaxy S4 - but given the Korean brand is already pushing the delivery of such tech back into 2013 for its customers.
Although, the announcement of S4 remains a possibility. Samsung wants to announce its smart phones before Mobile World Congress in Barcelona at the end of February 2013. Location is significant, because Mobile World Congress has become the go to gathering for mobile companies looking to impress media and audiences. According to Business Analyst, Samsung are also expecting some quick follow update from long time.
Apple, meanwhile, will once again be on the back foot, its iPhone 5 bringing up the rear as Samsung loads up the Galaxy S4 with stacks of bleeding edge tech. Expect Samsung to leave Vegas with a big smile on its face

According to source, first it will have Quad-core chip. The Exynos 5440 Quad core chip is available on Samsung official website. However, it will follow ARM’s A15 architecture.
